  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, customer-facing presentations, end-user trainings
  • Translate business language into technical requirements (and vice versa)
  • Design technical solutions for clients, providing various solution options and informed opinions on recommended approaches
  • Create mock-ups, data models, slide presentations, pseudo code, and process flows
  • Perform Data Migrations from source to target system including: data strategy, data mapping, SQL scripts and ETL processes
  • Integrate with various other systems using standard ETL tools (e.g. Informatica Cloud, Boomi, Cast Iron, Pervasive, Jitterbit)
  • Develop coding algorithms using a very structured, logical and object-oriented approach
  • Develop user-friendly customizations to meet customer requirements
  • Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal guidance
  • Contribute to internal strategic projects

Required Skills / Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in software design, systems integration and software development
  • Consulting background is greatly preferred
  • Structured development approach: Object Oriented Design & Programming, SCRUM / Agile methodologies, Design-Build-Test-Deploy
  • Strong Programming background:  preferably Computer Science degree, experience with common cloud-based technologies/languages: Javascript, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery, Angular, Ext JS), Bootstrap, LESS, CSS, HTML5, Node.js, SOAP and REST web services, OAUTH, SSO, APIs, Java, Ruby
  • Certifications: Administrator, Developer and Advanced Developer certifications highly desired
  • experience: Apex, Visualforce, APIs (SOAP, REST, Meta-data, Streaming, Bulk), Declarative features
  • Data migration experience: Data mapping, Data conversions, Data cleansing and transformation
  • Data Tools: MS Sql Server, Oracle, MySql, mySQL, Postgres, BI Tools, Unstructured Data (e.g. NoSQL)
  • Integration Tools: Informatica Cloud, Boomi, Cast Iron, Pervasive, Jitterbit, Talend, SSIS
  • Ability to research answers and solve problems independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding time management
  • Ability to lead meeting and gather requirements
  • Outstanding professionalism and customer facing skills
  • Minimum Bachelors Computer Science (or equivalent degree). Business minor focus is preferred
