This internship is for students soon to graduate who are seeking an internship with potential leading to a full-time position upon graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Support architects and senior consultants as you deep-dive into the cloud consulting business model
  • You will help take notes, create side decks for meetings / presentations, creating process flows
  • Learn and train in Salesforce.com cloud SaaS CRM platform
  • Learn declarative programming, configuration and set-up
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
  • Join client conference calls and assist with various follow-ups
  • ​Document client processes and requirement

Required Skills / Experience

  • A Bachelors in Business and Computer Science graduate -or- will graduate in next 2 years
  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of great client experience and technology
  • Excellent writing competency and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility: ability to adapt to changes quickly and openness to perform different types of work (documentation, configuration)
  • Self-driven individual with a desire to do his/her best every day
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Comfortable with presenting and public speaking
  • ​Previous experience in customer-facing, user experience and/or software development work / internships
