We are seeking passionate Senior Salesforce Developers to join our team of collaborative and accomplished experts.

Reporting to the Director of Development Services, our ideal candidates are well-versed in Salesforce and have been a key contributor on complex enterprise-level Salesforce projects. Candidates with less in-depth experience will be considered for other developer roles.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Vancouver, Canada. Immigration sponsorships available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multi-faceted team to build highly customized and complex Salesforce solutions using the latest technologies: Lightning Web Components, Lightning (Aura) Components, HTML5/CSS/JS, Apex and Visualforce
  • Demonstrate expertise in both front-end and back-end development on the Salesforce platform for internal (Sales/Service Cloud) and external (Community Cloud) audiences
  • Turn business requirements into reality - developing robust, high-quality, elegant, performant, secure and scalable Salesforce solutions with the right blend of declarative and custom development
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform to develop integrations to/from other systems, including consuming or exposing REST/SOAP APIs, industry standards such as OAuth2/SAML, and complementary technology platforms or tools
  • Participate in code reviews and peer feedback
  • Continually improve your own technical skills and stay on top of the latest Salesforce product features, releases, industry best practices, patterns and frameworks
  • Guide and mentor other team members
  • Participate in meetings with client stakeholders

Required Skills / Experience

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience or equivalent
  • Detail oriented team player with high level of organizational skills
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Community Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
  • Experience working in an agile environment, including using tools such as JIRA and Git
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Client-facing skills a bonus
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications a bonus
