Since 2012, Groundswell Cloud Solutions has experienced rapid-growth and has to-date doubled in size YoY. As we continue our expansion into 2019 and beyond, we are inviting a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager to join our team to lead and implement strategies to help us expand our business market.

Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, our ideal candidate is an accomplished B2B marketing professional who has either agency or in-house marketing experience in expanding a company’s growth.


  • Make strategic recommendations and implementation plan to expand Groundswell’s services to new industries
  • Expand our product offering and associated branding
  • Expand software partner communication: work with alliance teams to expand their knowledge of Groundswell’s capabilities
  • Keep executive leadership team updated and informed
  • Full analysis of the situation and then to comprehend it to mid to long term strategy plan.
  • Manage business development and implement strategic plans.
  • You are an exceptional communicator. You simplify the complex and make it easy to understand. You are a highly strategic, quick learner. It’s easy for you to grasp new concepts and dissect technical functionality into what it is, what it does and what it means to our customers
  • Manage annual marketing budget for external resources
  • Deep-dive into :
    • Build marketing collateral - prepare client testimonials, project briefs, case studies, etc
    • Manage the development of digital media assets utilized for Groundswells web presence including web content, video, email and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Market and competitive intelligence - Know our competition inside-and-out.
  • Complete ongoing analysis, educate the company on their strengths, weaknesses and our key differentiators
  • Help identify and execute strategic opportunities to drive acquisition and growth

Required Skills / Experience

  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing capacity, agency or otherwise
  • You have an ability to form and communicate logical, strategic campaign recommendations.
  • You understand conversion rate factors, and can analyze landing pages and funnels
